When you assign a booking, the driver gets a push notification. If you want drivers to confirm their jobs, they accept or decline from the app, and you see the answer in the dashboard. No WhatsApp messages, no screenshots of the booking, no phone calls to check they saw it.
Every detail of the pickup on one screen
Date, time and route. Flight number for airport pickups. Number of passengers and bags, extras the guest paid for, payment on arrival or prepaid. A call button for the guest and one tap to open the route in their maps app.
Pickup, drop-off, done
The driver slides to start the trip and slides again at the drop-off. Each step updates the booking status for your office, so nobody has to ask “have they picked them up yet?”
You see where your cars are
While a trip runs, the app reports the driver’s location to your Live Map. Booking statuses move from Assigned to Picked up to Completed on their own, and the driver’s home screen shows their next transfer and how many they have done this month.
