Customers

The Customers section allows you to manage all the passengers or clients who use your transfers and tours. Here, you can create, view, and edit customer information efficiently.


You can manually create a new customer by providing the following details:

  • Name – Full name of the customer
  • Email – Email address for notifications and communication
  • Country – Customer’s country of residence
  • Address – Street address
  • City – City of residence
  • Postcode – Postal code
  • Phone – Contact number
  • Notes – Any additional information you want to store

After filling in these fields, save the customer to make it available for future bookings.


Whenever a booking is made in Transfervista, a new customer record is automatically created if the customer does not already exist.

This ensures that every passenger or client is tracked in the system without requiring manual input every time.


Once created, you can:

  • View all customer profiles
  • Edit details such as contact information, notes, and address
  • Search and filter customers to quickly find the right one

Proper customer management helps streamline bookings, communication, and reporting.
