Navigation Sidebar
The Navigation Sidebar appears on the left side of the Transfervista interface and provides quick access to all major features and management tools. It is designed to help administrators, transfer operators, hotels, and partner members easily navigate through the system.
Below is a breakdown of each main section and what you can do inside it.
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”View an overview of your business performance, including:
- Total bookings
- Revenue
- New customers
- Activity charts and trends
Bookings
Section titled “Bookings”Manage all your transfer and tour bookings from a single place.
- View upcoming, ongoing, and completed bookings
- Create new bookings
- Assign drivers and vehicles
- Update booking details and statuses
Customers
Section titled “Customers”Access and manage customer information.
- View customer profiles
- See booking history
- Add new customers
- Manage customer contact details
Coupons
Section titled “Coupons”Create and manage promotional discount codes.
- Generate percentage or fixed-amount discounts
- Control usage limits and expiration dates
- Track coupon redemption
Reports
Section titled “Reports”Export structured reports for business insights.
- Booking reports
- Revenue reports (per partner)
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Handle billing and financial documentation.
- View and download proforma invoices to share them with your partners
- Track bookings per partner
Emails
Section titled “Emails”A dedicated communication section with:
- Templates – Enable and disable outgoing email notifications for customers, partners and drivers. You will be soon available to edit the content of the email as well
- History – Track all outgoing emails sent through Transfervista (as well as the actual email content of the email)
Members
Section titled “Members”Manage your team and partner accounts.
- Managers – Add or edit admin-level users
- Drivers – Create accounts for drivers and assign them to bookings
- Partners – Invite and manage partner companies or hotels
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Configure system-wide settings for your business.
- General – Company details, branding, and core preferences
- Vehicles – Add or edit vehicles used for transfers
- Availability – Set working hours, blackout dates, and scheduling rules
