General Settings

To access General Settings, go to Settings in the sidebar.

FieldDescription
Business NameYour company name as it appears on booking confirmations, vouchers, and customer communications.
SubdomainUsed in your booking forms (e.g., your-company.reserve-transfer.com). Contact support if you need to update it.
Time ZoneThe time zone for your business operations. Affects all date/time displays in the system. Customers also book in this time zone.
CurrencyThe currency for all prices and payments. Changing this does not convert existing prices.
Terms and Conditions URLLink to your terms page. Customers must accept these when booking.
Privacy Policy URLLink to your privacy policy, displayed on the booking form. Customers must accept the privacy policy before booking.
Support WebsiteYour company website or support portal URL.
Support EmailEmail address for customer inquiries. Appears in booking confirmations.
Support PhoneCustomer support phone number. Include country code for international customers (e.g., +30 210 1234567).
Review LinkLink to your Google, Trustpilot, or other review page. Included in “booking completed” emails to encourage customer feedback.

After making changes, click Save in the top right corner to apply your updates.
